We provide the trading strategy for the financial instrument and derive the trade alert based on the presented analysis (technical or fundamental). The trade alert is, which consists of entry price, protective stop and take profit order is then issued via email along with any updates on the open trade. You may view one of our recent trade alerts as an example.

As opposed to the global trade alerts where we focus mainly on the daily, weekly or monthly charts the strategies in the plan are based on intraday frames. We do not provide intraday trade alerts as the entry / exit price are extremely sensitive. Instead the strategy itself provides all the requirement to establish a trade. See our EURUSD intraday strategy as an example.

We are not issuing mere trading signals but provide an in-depth analysis for our trade alerts that enables the trader with greater benefits and the ability to break down the strategy should he or she wishes to do so.

Yes, all our trades are fully documented in the trades performance page with extreme transparency. As the performance page documents all our trades since 2014 it may take 7 – 14 seconds to load.

Yes, you may apply for all plans via mobile devices such as smartphones, iPads and tablets.

We only accept US Dollars (USD) at the moment, other currencies will be rejected. We may offer other currencies in the near future.

The payment is made to ‘Global Derivatives Markets’ via PayPal.

We use PayPal as we find their payment method extremely secured. PayPal is available in over 200 countries, which makes it available to a large segment of traders. If you do not have a PayPal account you may create a PayPal account in matter of minutes.

Unfortunately, we only accept PayPal. You may follow our Facebook page where we will notify if any additional payment methods are available.

No, shipping address is not required as we will not be sending any physical products.

If you tried signing up for the plan via PayPal and the transaction was rejected or an error message is displayed we strongly recommend contacting PayPal directly to resolve the matter. PayPal may reject transactions for numerous reasons. By contacting them directly they will be able to resolve the issue.

The coupon codes offer lower prices on the given plan such as 5%, 10%, 15% etc. When available the coupon code will be displayed at the trade alerts plans page.

The plan is set to renew itself when it is due to expire. If a 30-day plan was applied, at the end of the 30 days the plan will renew itself for additional 30 days. To cancel the plan, please visit your bulling history (only accessible after registering at DDMarkets). In the billing history you will find the plan you are subscribed to with an ‘unsubscribe’ option. Clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ button will direct you to the location where you may cancel the subscription. Please ensure you are logged in to your PayPal account before clicking on ‘unsubscribe.’

The account verification email is sent almost instantly but there may be times it may take up to 120 minutes. Please ensure to check your spam mail as well. If within 120 minutes you do not receive the account verification email please contact us to resolve the matter. If you suspect you may have used the wrong email address we suggest attempting to re-register.
